About the bearing

• Material quality is high purity bearing steel Gcr15, professional bearing materials, ring fixed structure bearing, wraps around the steel ball and prevent steel ball from leaving the locus, make sliding more stable.

• Track: 4 piece whole 4ft rails, Pre-drilled 16" apart holes on track, make by solid 1/4" thick steel, with 8.8 grade high strengh bearing capacity lag blots, fit for concrete wall and wooden wall

• Track connector: With 4 screws to fastening the track that make the installation more convenient and beautiful

Installation Notice

1. If you have a doorway trim or your door thickness greater than 2-1/6‘’ or if the studs don't line up with the pre-drilled holes in the rail, you will need to add a headboard.

2. We suggest 1-3/8" ~ 1-3/4" thick door, if you use for other thick door, please tell us, we will provide some accessories to you; And each track limited 230lbs.

3. At least 9" from top of door to ceiling space is required for the double track bypass system to install.

4. This is double track bypass barn door kit, the gap between inner door&wall is about 5/8'' , the gap between two door panels is about 2'' based on door thickness 1-9/16''

Q: How to choose barn door track size?

A: Barn door track length should be at least of total door width. For example, if you each barn doors is 48'' wide, you will need 2*48'' = 96'' （8FT） long track, your opening will show a half, you can use the track which is a little bit longer and please let your door a little bigger than the opening.

Q: Can the bypass barn door system let the opening show fully?

A: Yes, you can select a longer track, if each door is 48'' wide, you can choose 12ft track kit

Q: What accessories is required if I want to install more doors?
