• Track: 1 piece whole 5ft rail, Pre-drilled 16" apart holes on track, make by solid 1/4" thick steel, with 8.8 grade high strengh bearing capacity lag blots, fit for concrete wall and wooden wall

• Track spacer: Provide 1-3/4'' length spacer, fit for door thickness less than 1-3/4", If your door thickness is greater than 1-3/4‘’, we also have more longer spacer for you to choose from or you can add a headboard on wall, then install the track
  

• Door stopper: Prevent the door falling off from the track, one door have 2 stoppers, ensure the stability and safety, with the rubber plug, good damping effect and reduce the noise, have 2 screws to fasten stopper on track, you can put stopper on track where you want to stop your door, easy to remove if you want adjust

• Floor guide: can prevent the door swinging back and forth or against the baseboard, let your door slide on same locus, fit for all thickness with grooved or ungrooved doors

Installation Notice

1. The track drilling hole on wall is = your door height + 1-11/16''

2. We suggest 1-3/8" ~ 1-3/4" thick door, if you use for other thick door, please tell us, we will provide some accessories to you; And each track limited 230lbs.

3. Only 8" from top of door to ceiling space is required for the double barn door hardware system to install.

4. This is double barn door kit, the gap between door&wall is about 5/8'' , the gap between two door panels is about 5/8'' based on door thickness 1-9/16''

5. The hanger first hole install on door is 1-9/16” from top of door, second hole is 3-9/16” from first hole

Q: How to choose barn door track size?

A: Barn door track length should be twice of total door width. For example, if you each barn doors is 15'' wide, you will need 4*15'' = 60'' （5FT） long track, your opening will show fully, you can use the track which is a little bit longer and please let your door a little bigger than the opening.

Q: What accessories is required if I want to install more doors?

A: You can buy an extra set of hangers, we have the hanger sale on shop.

Q: Can i cut the track?

A: Yes, you can cut it into any length of you want
